We’ll have limited, ‘view-only’ online access to any bank or financial accounts we work with.
We'll email you around the first of the new month if we have any questions about your transactions. If needed, we can also have a quick check-in call.
Then, using Quickbooks Online, we’ll access your books, categorize everything, create your P & L report, and send that to you by no later than the 15th – but it’s almost always much earlier than that, often within 2 days of us emailing you.
We’re also available all month long for any questions - just email us! We’re pretty friendly.
My only nonnegotiable?
Quickbooks Online is the only platform we work with and is required for all our clients.
You can’t beat it for ease and accuracy, and it allows you and me to access your books at any time.
If you don’t have Quickbooks Online, no worries – we’ll set it up for you. The cost is about $30-$75/month (depending on the package), and we have a discount code for new users. If you have the Desktop version, we’ll transfer you to Online, easy peasy.

Most clients spend $275-$300/month + a one-time set-up or ‘clean-up’ project fee to get their books ready and up-to-date.

You’ll also need to pay for Quickbooks Online, which costs about $35-$70/month, depending on the package. If you don’t already have this program, we have a discount code you can use to get it at the most affordable rate.
If you have Quickbooks Desktop, my team can also transfer you to the Online version.
If you need us to ‘clean up’ your books and get them fixed and up-to-date before working together, this is a one-time additional investment and will depend on the scope of the project.

Yes! This is our one nonnegotiable. Quickbooks Online is the only platform we work with.

On your free consult, we’ll sit down together for 30 minutes or so to go over your business bookkeeping needs and any questions you have.
